Junior Talent Discovery Consultant

About the role

As a Junior Talent Discovery Consultant you will join Monks' Talent Discovery team to help hiring managers find and engage top digital and technology talent. Working under guidance, you will gradually take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment processes while collaborating with consultants, leads and directors.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in profile alignment meetings and kick‑off calls with hiring managers.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies with stakeholders.
• Identify and engage candidates across digital and technology markets.
• Propose innovative sourcing ideas and new attraction channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Advocate for candidates when presenting profiles to business leaders.
• Post, update and manage job vacancies in Greenhouse.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and support reliable reporting.
• Guide hiring managers on Talent Discovery best practices.
• Progressively manage assigned searches from briefing to offer, with support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous talent sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or digital environment.
• Advanced or fluent English for interviews, professional conversations and written communication.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Interest in the digital and technology market ecosystem.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
