Key Account Manager – Bogotá (Hybrid)

About the role

Clara is seeking a Key Account Manager to own the full customer lifecycle for strategic B2B clients in Bogotá. You will act as the primary liaison with decision‑makers, drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities for the region’s leading spend‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted financial partner.
• Lead onboarding for new accounts and continuously engage existing ones to maximize retention and satisfaction.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, performing sell‑in, sell‑out and performance analyses to uncover upsell opportunities.
• Create and execute tailored sales and marketing plans with partners to expand usage.
• Forecast commercial performance, track account health and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success within a B2B model.
• Proven track record onboarding and growing relationships with enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management and portfolio analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English and full fluency in Spanish.
• Based in Bogotá with knowledge of the local business landscape.

Required skills

• Experience engaging C‑level stakeholders, especially CFOs and finance teams.
• Understanding of budgeting, spend control and ERP system integrations.
