Key Account Manager – Home Appliance

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Home Appliance will lead the planning and execution of the annual sales forecast for Midea’s home appliance portfolio in Colombia. The role focuses on introducing new products, expanding market share, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the home appliance division.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and produce regular insight reports.
• Identify and open new client accounts, especially for water heaters and related product lines.
• Coordinate with distributors, dealers and regional partners to execute co‑marketing initiatives.
• Work with Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Logistics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the home appliance industry.
• Experience managing both B2B and B2C channels; familiarity with kitchen and water appliances is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to prepare professional reports.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and campaign performance.
