Klaviyo Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Klaviyo Account Manager to own client relationships and drive revenue growth for ecommerce brands. You will work closely with founders and a cross‑functional team to turn email and SMS data into actionable strategies that boost sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication and retention strategy for multiple ecommerce accounts.
• Conduct client check‑in calls, explain Klaviyo performance, and present clear next steps.
• Build and execute retention roadmaps across flows, campaigns, SMS, and segmentation.
• Identify revenue opportunities within Klaviyo data and plan monthly promos, launches, and tests.
• Brief copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo specialists with precise direction.
• Maintain organized account records in ClickUp to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Klaviyo.
• Proven track record managing ecommerce clients in an agency or retention role.
• Ability to read data and turn insights into smart actions.
• Excellent written English and clear communication on client calls.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts.
• Availability to overlap with US time zones.
