Laboratory Technician I

About the role

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician I to join our manufacturing quality control team. The role focuses on ensuring that production processes and finished goods meet internal and regulatory standards through systematic auditing and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing processes and outputs against defined quality standards.
• Monitor production lines and perform random sampling of finished products.
• Test samples to verify compliance with specifications.
• Report deviations, defects, and non‑conformities to the Quality Assurance department.
• Collaborate with QA to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control tools acquired through work experience or vocational/technical education.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow standard operating procedures.
• Capacity to interpret routine problems and, when necessary, deviate from standard methods with justification.
• Effective communication skills for reporting findings and explaining results.
