LATAM Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead our growth across Spanish‑speaking markets in Latin America. You will adapt AMBOSS’s global messaging to local cultural and linguistic nuances and drive acquisition, activation and retention through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of LATAM exam systems, education structures and the needs of students and physicians.
• Translate global positioning into localized value propositions and content for the region.
• Plan, launch and optimise multichannel campaigns across CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO and organic social (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp).
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse limited data sets and continuously improve funnel efficiency.
• Own end‑to‑end project management and collaborate with global product, creative and performance‑marketing teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in SaaS or B2C environments within Latin America.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to act on limited data.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
