About the role

The Laundry Valet Runner supports Hilton's laundry operations by collecting, processing, and returning guest laundry and dry‑cleaning items. This position ensures a seamless, high‑quality experience for guests and members throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the laundry team with wash cycles, linen folding, and proper storage.
• Collect guest laundry and dry‑cleaning from rooms and deliver items back securely.
• Respond to guest requests in line with Hilton brand standards.
• Greet guests in public areas and rooms with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Provide additional services such as pressing, sewing, and minor repairs.
• Maintain the linen room, uniform store, and ensure proper handling of soiled or damaged linen.
• Report maintenance, safety, and hazard issues promptly.
