Lead Generation Representative

About the role

Mastercard Services is expanding its footprint across new industries and is looking for a Lead Generation Representative to drive business growth. In this Business Development Representative (BDR) role you will manage inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach, and engage senior decision‑makers at enterprise organizations to create qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Book meetings with senior decision‑makers and qualify business opportunities.
• Maintain a quarterly quota for sourced opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Track prospecting performance using data and analytics, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
