Lead Talent Acquisition Partner (Advanced English)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join NielsenIQ’s Americas Talent Acquisition team. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shaping hiring strategies and leveraging data and technology to improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and long‑term talent priorities.
• Develop tailored recruiting strategies for high‑volume and specialized positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, market mapping and creative methods.
• Conduct screenings, structured interviews and provide well‑supported recommendations.
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience with timely, transparent communication.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and represent NielsenIQ at talent events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience recruiting commercial or sales talent in SaaS, technology or insights organizations.
• Recruiting experience across Latin America (North America a plus).
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable to fast‑paced, changing environments.
