Learning & Development Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s global tech team as a Learning & Development Young Professional. This remote position offers an excellent entry point into L&D, allowing you to support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning content.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is organized and up to date.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to help evaluate and improve learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure the impact of training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
