Learning Operations Consultant

About the role

The Learning Operations Consultant supports Scotiabank’s global learning ecosystem, ensuring that learning solutions are delivered efficiently and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role acts as the primary liaison between employees, learning teams, and business partners to resolve learning‑related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee learning cases received through the ASKHR platform.
• Generate case‑management reports, identify trends, and propose corrective actions to reduce inquiry volume.
• Configure learning items in the me@sb portal, set up programs and curricula following established standards.
• Advise Learning COE teams on LMS content integrity and recommend improvements.
• Support the lifecycle of Global Mandatory Learning Programs by troubleshooting, escalating, and directing employee inquiries.
• Maintain the HR Solutions Matrix to ensure efficient triage of learning requests.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of learning operations processes and governance.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems and case‑management tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and communicate solutions.
• English proficiency at B1+ conversational level.
