Learning Specialist – 2‑Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Specialist to drive our innovative 2‑Hour Learning model. Working remotely, you will turn AI‑generated performance data into actionable coaching that helps K‑8 students achieve 90 % mastery or higher. You will combine live intervention with data‑driven insights to accelerate learning velocity across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Key responsibilities

• Create precise academic data reports, detect irregularities and initiate corrective actions within 48 hours.
• Lead rapid‑intervention coaching calls and post‑assessment sessions to remove obstacles and sustain motivation.
• Assess, integrate and prototype new educational applications and AI/LLM tools to enhance learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve dashboards, mastery benchmarks and the AI tutor platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in coaching, training or instruction.
• At least 1 year of direct, recurring one‑to‑one or small‑group support for K‑8 students focused on learning habits, motivation or executive function.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate performance metrics into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for live coaching and stakeholder collaboration.
