Legal Counsel – Integration & Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a solution‑oriented legal professional to support integrated commercial projects within our Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) business. The role provides practical, solution‑focused legal support for commercial contracting, vendor and subcontractor arrangements, and project execution risks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for assigned commercial matters across Integration & Solutions, including integrated projects and advisory services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as subcontracts, service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and collaboration agreements.
• Advise on subcontracting, vendor sourcing, and project execution matters, coordinating with supply chain, sourcing, project management, risk, and commercial teams.
• Ensure appropriate flow‑down and back‑to‑back contractual terms with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Contribute to templates, contracting processes, governance materials, and best practices in collaboration with senior legal counsel.

Required profile

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial legal experience with proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements.
• Strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and professional ethics.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage matters independently while escalating high‑risk issues.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus for Latin America candidates.
