Legal Intake Case Analyst Specialist

About the role

Join Lipton LegalGroup, APC as a Legal Intake Case Analyst Specialist and help drive justice for tenants. You will evaluate habitability claims, gather and analyze evidence, and decide whether cases meet the firm’s representation criteria before attorney review.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from current and prospective clients, providing accurate information about services and intake procedures.
• Collect detailed client information, complete intake forms, and conduct follow‑up calls to obtain missing documentation.
• Perform comprehensive preliminary evaluations of habitability claims, reviewing lease agreements, rent histories, inspection reports, photos, videos, and other evidence.
• Identify habitability issues, assess case strengths and weaknesses, and determine legal viability.
• Organize and review evidence such as repair requests, maintenance records, emails, and texts to verify proper landlord notice.
• Prepare detailed case summaries and recommendations for attorney review.
• Coordinate with attorneys and intake team members to confirm representation criteria.
• Maintain organized case files, track outstanding documentation, and manage multiple active evaluations while ensuring timely client follow‑up.

Required profile

• Law degree (required).
• Previous experience in legal intake or legal support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or higher).
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and interviewing skills.

• Fully remote work (based in Colombia).
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST.
• Starting pay of $6 per hour.
