Legal Partner – Commercial Contracts (Hybrid, Colombia)

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Legal Partner to join its Legal & Compliance team. The role will manage the full contract lifecycle for commercial agreements with U.S.-based clients, working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS contracts and DPAs.
• Lead contract negotiations directly with U.S. clients.
• Support data‑privacy and compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product and Leadership to align legal strategy with business goals.
• Identify contractual and regulatory risks while maintaining a business‑oriented approach.
• Assist in due‑diligence processes, client audits and legal document management.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in contract law, commercial law or technology‑focused legal environments.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Proven experience negotiating and reviewing contracts under U.S. law.
• Familiarity with SaaS, technology agreements or B2B commercial settings.
• Strong communication, negotiation and business judgment skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, high‑demand environments with multiple stakeholders.
