About the role

Job Duck is seeking a bilingual Legal Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for clients. You will handle incoming calls, gather essential information, and guide callers with professionalism and empathy while supporting a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑qualify incoming leads by collecting relevant details.
• Assist callers with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Enter and update information in CRM and case‑management systems.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Manage multiple phone lines while handling administrative tasks.
• Answer incoming calls courteously and take detailed, accurate messages.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone presence.
• Previous experience in a law‑firm environment, preferably personal injury.
• Background in high‑volume, phone‑based customer service.
• Reliable remote work setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet).
• Quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
