Level 3 Engineer – Infrastructure Reliability (Remote)

About the role

Soutec LLC is seeking a senior Level 3 Engineer to drive infrastructure reliability and mentor technical teams. This full‑time remote position serves customers across Latin America and requires hands‑on expertise in both physical and virtual environments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point after Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, support and maintain servers, storage, routing, switching and firewall platforms.
• Administer enterprise services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, email and authentication systems.
• Diagnose system, network and application issues, identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
• Manage multiple tickets and incidents, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in an on‑call rotation.
• Provide technical consultation to project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Develop SOPs, technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Expertise in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on reliability.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle high‑pressure situations.
