About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to become the License Owner and Operator of Stranger Soccer in Medellín. You will lead the launch and growth of our football‑focused mobile‑app platform, building a vibrant local community while running your own business.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and scale Stranger Soccer operations in Medellín.
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train and supervise game hosts and part‑time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure a high‑quality, consistent game experience.
• Continuously improve and scale operational processes.
