Listing Quality and Launch Associate – Remote

About the role

Nomad Equity is seeking a Listing Quality & Launch Associate to manage short‑term rental listings from creation through ongoing accuracy across multiple channels. This technical, detail‑heavy role ensures data consistency between Hostaway, Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and PriceLabs.

Key responsibilities

• Build new property listings in Hostaway and publish them on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and the direct booking site.
• Set up PriceLabs pricing mappings and ensure all tax, permit and channel‑specific requirements are met before go‑live.
• Maintain the Listing QA board in Monday.com, investigate mismatches, resolve issues and document root causes.
• Diagnose sync failures, keep pricing, policies and house rules consistent across all channels, and create checklists to prevent recurring errors.

Required profile

• 3+ years of short‑term rental operations with hands‑on Hostaway experience.
• Proven ability to trace data problems across systems and implement permanent fixes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and spoken English.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, webcam, headset and a quiet professional workspace.

What we offer

• Hourly rate $8–$15 USD, depending on experience and English fluency.
• Full‑time, long‑term engagement with bi‑weekly pay and a Christmas bonus.
• Remote work with a required 4‑hour daily overlap with Pacific Time.
