Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury)

About the role

The client, a New York‑based plaintiff‑side personal injury law firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its high‑volume team serving clients across LATAM. The attorney will handle personal injury matters from case evaluation through trial preparation, working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment while communicating exclusively in English.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze case files, evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage and venue to shape litigation strategy.
• Draft, review and refine complaints, summonses, motions, discovery responses, Bills of Particulars and other court documents, using firm templates and AI‑generated drafts.
• Manage discovery processes, identify evidentiary gaps, and coordinate with investigators and experts.
• Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit organization and trial‑ready documentation.
• Monitor case progress to ensure efficient movement through the litigation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney with 1–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Strong drafting ability and attention to detail in legal documents.
• Proven capacity to manage a substantial caseload in a high‑volume environment.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for the entire shift; Spanish is a plus.
• Commitment to a litigation‑first mindset and willingness to take ownership of cases.
