Litigation Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support U.S. law firms handling personal injury cases. The role is fully remote and requires managing a fast‑paced caseload, drafting discovery, and coordinating depositions while maintaining strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production.
• Manage e‑filing across multiple court portals and monitor all filing deadlines.
• Coordinate depositions with vendors and involved parties, handling notices and scheduling.
• Assist attorneys with trial binders, exhibit and witness lists, and mediation briefs.
• Maintain organized case files and keep the case management system up‑to‑date.
• Track court dates, filing deadlines, and calendars for an active litigation docket.
• Communicate case updates to clients in a clear and consistent manner.

Required profile

• Experience working in a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company.
• Proven track record drafting and responding to discovery.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) and strong legal writing skills.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Primary focus on auto‑accident litigation; experience with premises liability or dog‑bite cases is a plus.
