Litigation Paralegal – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys on active U.S. litigation matters. The position is fully remote for candidates located in Latin America and requires fluent English and at least two years of litigation support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file court documents, deposition notices and hearing notices in accordance with Florida and California procedural rules.
• Manage the end‑to‑end electronic filing process, format pleadings, organize exhibits, create PDFs and confirm successful submissions.
• Accurately calendar hearings, depositions and statutory deadlines, entering them into Clio on the same business day.
• Upload and organize all case files in NetDocuments, notifying the responsible attorney upon completion.
• Communicate with opposing counsel, court staff and reporters, drafting and serving notices using firm templates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a comparable litigation support role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and raise questions when needed.
• Legal education or equivalent litigation experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Clio case‑management platform.
• Experience using NetDocuments for document storage.
• Familiarity with Florida e‑filing systems and U.S. litigation workflows.
