Logistics Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Account Manager to join Charger Logistics Inc., a leading asset‑based carrier operating across North America. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving profitable logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with customers through regular communication.
• Manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure accurate pricing and successful onboarding.
• Participate in rate matrix reviews, rate calculations, and preparation of bids and presentations.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and product innovations.
• Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
• Assist the Customer Service Manager in delivering optimal transportation solutions.
• Coordinate meetings with prospects, sales teams, and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Recent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation or logistics (preferred).
• Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from pricing to closing deals.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in pricing or analyst roles (asset).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
