Logistics Analyst

About the role

Bunge is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its global team in Bogota. The role focuses on optimizing port‑related logistics operations, from unloading and storage to discharge and customer dispatch, while leveraging data to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimize logistics processes for port activities, including unloading, storage, and cargo discharge.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret terminal and warehouse data to produce inventory control reports.
• Prepare daily customer reports covering dispatches, cargo balances, released quantities, and withdrawal deadlines.
• Coordinate cargo releases with Commercial and Accounting departments and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Control and review invoices from logistics service providers (unloading, customs brokerage, storage, etc.).
• Maintain and update the Oracle system daily with purchase orders, load entries, and reporting data.
• Communicate vessel arrival, berthing, and operational status updates to DDP customers.
• Manage shipping documents for customs and ICA processes, execute customs agency procedures, and prepare phytosanitary import permits.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations, preferably with port or warehouse environments.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and generate actionable reports.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with internal departments and external service providers.
• Familiarity with customs and regulatory documentation processes.

Required skills

• Oracle (ERP) system proficiency
