Logistics Analyst – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

DuPont is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its Global Procurement team in Colombia. The role ensures efficient material movement, supports business units with time‑critical distribution activities, and acts as the primary liaison between internal teams and logistics service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic reviews of logistics service provider performance.
• Support business units with urgent domestic distribution tasks.
• Assist the Contract Administrator in monitoring provider compliance (safety, quality, delivery, pricing).
• Resolve operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, including vehicle scheduling.
• Manage order fulfillment through collaboration with warehouses, carriers, and customers.
• Monitor import cargo pickups and support export shipment dispatches.
• Work with customs brokers to ensure smooth goods movement.
• Support SBUs in addressing logistics provider non‑conformities.
• Verify monthly pre‑invoices for transportation and warehousing services.
• Analyze logistics execution data and maintain operational control files.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics or a related field.
• Relevant experience with SAP and logistics/import operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
