Logistics Operations Coordinator & Strategist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven Logistics Operations Coordinator & Strategist to manage internal print and collateral workflows for our marketing department. The role is fully remote and supports our clinic network by ensuring timely delivery of branded materials.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end order management: receive material requests, place orders, coordinate with vendors, and track production and shipping timelines.
• Inventory & planning: monitor stock levels, schedule reorders, and plan deliveries for new clinic openings.
• Quality assurance & problem solving: verify incoming deliveries and resolve shipping delays, lost parcels, or inefficiencies.
• Data tracking & analytics: maintain shipment data, vendor performance metrics, and cost‑tracking systems using advanced spreadsheets.
• System development & organization: support rollout and daily operation of an internal online ordering system, defining naming conventions and categories.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: work with marketing, operations, and local clinic staff to align workflows.
• Process documentation: create and maintain standard operating procedures to optimise delivery speed and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level or higher).
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations coordination.
• High proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
• Strong interest in modern automation tools and data‑driven process improvement.
