Logistics Team Leader – Global Service Center

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Team Leader to oversee regional and global programs within our Global Service Center in Bogota. The role focuses on streamlining processes, boosting efficiency, and delivering value to both customers and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Specialist and Associate agents, driving operational excellence and results.
• Measure and control program performance and resource utilization against defined objectives.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and comply with administrative rules.
• Maintain strong relationships with process owners and business partners, providing timely feedback.
• Define and document processes, KPIs (SMART), and roles, and identify improvement opportunities with OpEx & Transition support.
• Analyze and present capacity utilization for assigned programs.
• Monitor GSConnect usage and ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience leading teams.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
