Logistics Tracking Coordinator – Remote

About the role

The Logistics Tracking Coordinator ensures that every air cargo shipment moves smoothly between carriers, airlines, and customers. Working remotely for ATCATC, you will monitor shipments, follow up on documentation, and keep all parties informed during U.S. Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with local carriers and airlines to confirm pickup and delivery appointments.
• Monitor active shipments in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and keep status updates accurate.
• Obtain and forward proof‑of‑delivery documents to customers promptly.
• Maintain detailed notes on all carrier and customer interactions for team visibility.
• Send high‑volume follow‑up emails and provide timely status updates to customers.
• Escalate delays or issues with full context to the Operations and Billing team.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) for constant email communication.
• Strong sense of urgency and disciplined follow‑up to resolve issues quickly.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Transportation Management System (TMS) for tracking shipments.
