Manager, Business Development – B2B Payments & Corporate Solutions

About the role

Corporate Solutions is seeking a strategic, commercially‑driven Manager to accelerate B2B payments growth in Colombia. The role will expand Mastercard’s Corporate Solutions footprint across priority issuers and large corporates, build a qualified pipeline, convert high‑impact opportunities and activate solutions that drive gross transaction volume (GDV) and net revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans with priority issuers in Colombia, identifying whitespace across commercial cards, supplier payments, CTA, P‑Card, Smart Data, InControl and related solutions.
• Train and enable financial institution sales teams to identify, pitch and convert B2B opportunities.
• Create issuer‑level business cases demonstrating GDV, revenue and profitability potential.
• Collaborate with Account Management to make Corporate Solutions a strategic priority within key issuer relationships.
• Engage large and mid‑market corporates to generate demand, convert qualified pipeline and support deal activation.

Required profile

• Strategic and commercially‑driven mindset with proven experience in B2B payments or corporate solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with issuers and corporate clients.
• Ability to develop detailed business cases and growth plans.
