Manager, Insights and Analytics Products LAC

About the role

The Services Business and Market Insights team is looking for a Manager, Regional Insights and Analytics Product Manager, leading Custom Data Analytics and Business Experimentation for the LAC region. The role drives data and analytics product strategy, regional development and market awareness, combining expertise in data and analytics with product management, go-to-market and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead existing and pipeline customized solutions in Advanced Analytics and Business Experimentation, aligned with regional needs across LAC.
• Own the P&L of custom Analytics and Business Experimentation, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
• Oversee regional solution development and customization to meet local market demands.
• Drive market testing of new concepts and topics, optimizing solutions based on LAC market insights and experience from other regions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for successful sales, launches and delivery across LAC.
• Collaborate with global product teams on LAC market needs and product roadmaps, and build regional partnerships with go-to-market teams and product groups.
• Lead diversification of topics, markets and fund sources, and develop product narratives and storytelling for LAC customers and stakeholders.
• Increase product awareness through training, roadshows, collaboration with Delivery teams and B2B marketing, and drive thought leadership on analytics.

Required profile

• Background in products, analytics and/or management consulting, with a strong grasp of business development, client management and consultative selling.
• Understanding of P&L management and responsibility for driving profitability of product portfolios.
• Expertise in go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and customer success.
• Creative mindset, strong problem-solving, relationship-building and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial, persistent approach.
