About the role

The Manager, Products and Solutions – Security Solutions is the regional subject‑matter expert for Mastercard’s Security Solutions portfolio across South LAC. You will shape product strategy, drive commercialization, and act as a bridge between customers, local markets, and global product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go‑to‑market plans for Cyber for Payments, Cyber for Cyber, and Identity Solutions.
• Support customer engagements, solution positioning, product education, and adoption initiatives as the regional expert.
• Gather market trends, competitive intelligence, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback to influence global product teams.
• Analyze portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead product launches, enablement programs, and market readiness activities to accelerate adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or commercialization within cybersecurity, digital payments, or technology.
• Strong knowledge of Latin American payments, cybersecurity, and digital identity ecosystems.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
