Marketing Analyst Intern

About the role

Sezzle is looking for a motivated Marketing Analyst Intern to join its fast‑growing marketing team. You will own research, tracking, and analytical work that powers our consumer programs, working on giveaways, surveys, and special projects while leveraging AI tools to work smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end execution of consumer giveaway campaigns, coordinating cross‑functional teams and setting goals based on historical data.
• Analyze post‑campaign performance, produce summary reports, and deliver learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key metrics (DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC, open/click‑through/conversion rates) using dashboards and structured templates.
• Assist with data pulls, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations for ongoing campaigns.
• Track campaign and merchant performance across channels, flag optimization opportunities, and collaborate with the Merchant team to boost app conversion.

Required profile

• Data‑savvy and results‑oriented with a strong bias for action.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• High IQ and EQ, able to communicate insights clearly.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, specifically Braze.
• Proficiency using AI tools for data analysis.
• Ability to build and interpret dashboards and performance reports.
