Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to act as the execution engine behind Foundation’s own marketing initiatives and to amplify the visibility of our founder and CEO, Ross Simmonds. The role splits evenly between managing Ross’s media presence and supporting the broader marketing team with content distribution, campaign operations, and paid‑media coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Research and secure speaking opportunities, awards, podcasts and media appearances for Ross, handling outreach, logistics and post‑appearance repurposing.
• Schedule and post Ross’s content on LinkedIn and X, track engagement and transform high‑performing pieces into additional formats.
• Maintain a live pipeline of speaking, award and podcast opportunities in ClickUp.
• Repurpose, syndicate and seed Foundation content across owned channels such as LinkedIn, newsletters, YouTube, Reddit and partner sites.
• Own UTM hygiene, asset libraries, launch checklists and post‑mortem documentation for campaign launches.
• Coordinate brief intake, version control and asset hand‑off with the paid‑media specialist.
• Keep the marketing team’s ClickUp workspace clean and up‑to‑date, including editorial calendars and sprint workflows.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who enjoys “shipping” work and meeting tight deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented organizer who treats distribution with the same rigor as creation.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp for project and pipeline management.
• Experience managing social‑media scheduling and engagement tracking on LinkedIn and X.
• Familiarity with UTM parameters and basic paid‑media asset coordination.
