Marketing Associate – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

LighthouseAI is seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to support its brand growth and lead generation efforts. This fully remote, full‑time position will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage social channels, and maintain data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and launch email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Develop, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media channels.
• Research and qualify marketing leads, and manage inbound lead requests.
• Maintain and improve the marketing database, ensuring data hygiene in the CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Update website content and publish blog articles.
• Collaborate on additional marketing and business‑development projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with good time‑management and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with social media platforms and content‑scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in CRM management, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar).
• Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
