Marketing & Communications Leader – Colombia & Venezuela

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Leader for Colombia and Venezuela will be based in Bogota and work in a hybrid model. Reporting to senior CEOs, you will shape and execute a regional marketing strategy that drives commercial growth, protects and transfers brand equity, and supports the expanded Marsh brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing marketing team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Design and implement integrated marketing, internal and external communication plans aligned with global and local priorities.
• Partner with global Centers of Excellence (Digital, Brand, Events, Media Relations, etc.) to deliver coordinated campaigns.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales strategies to maximise revenue impact across multiple products and services.
• Oversee multi‑channel marketing efforts, including digital demand generation, public relations and brand positioning.
• Manage reputation and client‑first communication, collaborating closely with the PR team.
