Marketing & Communications Specialist – LATAM

About the role

UnifyCX is looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and creative Marketing & Communications Specialist to strengthen its presence across LATAM. This hands‑on position blends external marketing, internal communications, talent marketing, and culture‑building initiatives, acting as a bridge between people, brand, and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing, brand, and design initiatives that drive awareness and growth in Barranquilla and broader LATAM.
• Support the creation and rollout of integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and local channels.
• Contribute visual design assets for campaigns, presentations, social content, and branded materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Adapt marketing assets for regional relevance, ensuring cultural and market alignment.
• Develop and implement talent‑marketing strategies to attract customer‑experience talent, including social posts, ads, flyers, and grassroots campaigns.
• Build relationships with universities, government programs, and community organizations to open new talent pipelines.
• Support internal communications and culture initiatives, helping plan events, campaigns, and consistent messaging across teams.
