Marketing Communications Support Associate

About the role

The Marketing Communications Support Associate is the first line of support for Sezzle's marketing operations. You will own the day‑to‑day review and resolution of support cases tied to promotions, rewards, and campaigns, ensuring a smooth experience for shoppers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve all incoming marketing‑related customer experience issues from start to finish.
• Investigate each case with meticulous attention to detail and escalate when necessary.
• Track every open case, maintain clear status records, and prevent any issues from slipping through.
• Identify patterns across cases, surface recurring friction points, and provide actionable recommendations to the marketing team.
• Execute and analyze marketing packages, including brand features in the app and consumer communications via Braze CRM canvases.
• Set up and manage placements across various channels and create promotions and discount codes.

Required profile

• Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases accurately and consistently.
• Proactive mindset; can pick up a workflow, understand its impact on broader goals, and drive it forward.
• Strong communication skills to keep the team informed.
