Marketing Content Creator (Bilingual English-Spanish)

About the role

PriceSmart is looking for a creative, bilingual and results-oriented Marketing Content Creator to turn its business objectives into engaging content that reaches Members across multiple channels and markets. The role works closely with marketing teams, project managers and graphic designers to produce culturally relevant content in English and Spanish, including localized forms such as tuteo and voseo.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Traffic Manager to define campaign objectives, target audiences and KPIs, then write and deliver content for CRM (email, push notifications, WhatsApp), social media, paid media, e-commerce and in-club communications.
• Create content for regional promotions, club openings and business initiatives, adapting it to the linguistic and cultural needs of each market.
• Edit and polish copy, visuals and captions so they meet brand standards, and collaborate with graphic designers on timely, high-quality assets.
• Own content projects from concept to completion, give regular status updates and coordinate with project managers, internal business partners and marketing managers.
• Use SEO principles and audience insights to improve engagement and conversion, and regularly review performance metrics to refine content strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• At least three years of experience creating content in a marketing department or advertising agency.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, research and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Desirable: familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp or Trello.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with graphic and video editing software for social media content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage several projects at once and work with cross-functional teams.
