Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Howard Financial Services LLC is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to shape the company’s external and internal presence. This hands-on, early-career position blends graphic design, copywriting, and basic paid-media work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing assets for LinkedIn, the website, blog posts and other external collateral such as one-pagers, decks, social graphics and email templates.
• Maintain and evolve visual brand consistency across all outward-facing materials.
• Write and edit copy for blogs, social posts and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams on UI/UX decisions for internal applications and dashboards, establishing design and formatting standards for printed collateral.
• Assist in building and executing Google Ads campaigns, track performance and suggest creative or copy refinements.
• Support ad-hoc marketing projects, stay current on design trends and marketing best practices.

Required profile

• 1-4 years of experience in a creative, graphic-design or marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic-design work using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• Hands-on experience setting up, optimizing and reporting on Google Ads campaigns.
• Background in a startup or fast-paced, resource-lean environment and ability to wear multiple hats.
• Excellent written communication and a keen eye for visual design, typography and brand consistency.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects with minimal oversight.
