Marketing Executive – Data‑Driven Campaign Analyst

About the role

Join Gallagher’s Global Center of Excellence for Latin America as a Marketing Executive. You will turn campaign data into actionable insights that improve engagement, support sales, and drive revenue across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse campaign performance to identify what works and recommend changes.
• Produce clear reports and practical recommendations to boost conversion rates.
• Provide sales teams with insight for follow‑up and planning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date marketing assets and support event and printed‑material execution.
• Proofread content, monitor Trustpilot reviews and manage the marketing inbox to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using a customer‑relationship‑management (CRM) system.
• Understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Financial‑services experience is a plus but not required.
