Marketing Manager – Creator & Influencer Growth (Remote, Latam)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing creator management company that supports short‑form video creators across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. As a Marketing Manager – Creator & Influencer Growth you will own the end‑to‑end growth strategy for creators, shaping content plans and translating performance data into actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with creators and the management team to design and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Support the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality short‑form videos.
• Conduct market and trend research to keep the creator portfolio ahead of emerging formats.
• Analyse performance metrics and turn insights into optimisation recommendations.
• Lead independent projects from conception to delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in social media or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of organic reach mechanics on Reels, TikTok or Shorts.
• Independent, creative thinker who works well in a team.
• Fluent English.
