Marketing Manager – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, execution‑focused Marketing Manager to own and run digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This fully hands‑on, remote position requires you to build campaigns, analyse performance data and take full responsibility for results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation and bid strategies.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA and CTR, identifying issues quickly and scaling profitable campaigns.
• Design, implement and manage email marketing flows, broadcast campaigns and cold‑outreach sequences using platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp and GoHighLevel.
• Create visual assets and copy for paid ads, social posts and email newsletters, ensuring brand consistency across multiple brands.
• Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with a monthly spend of at least $100 K USD.
• Proven ability to run paid‑media programmes for several brands simultaneously in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving campaign profitability.
• Excellent written English (C1/C2) and ability to craft high‑converting copy.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
