Marketing Manager – Remote (US CST)

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Marketing Manager to own and optimize the full marketing‑to‑intake pipeline. You will lead digital, SEO, paid‑media, email nurture, and reputation initiatives that generate qualified consultations, retained clients, and revenue growth for US‑based employers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage online review generation and reputation processes.
• Evaluate marketing spend using cost‑per‑lead, cost‑per‑consultation, and ROI metrics.
• Create client‑focused content for websites, email campaigns, workshops, and events.
• Analyze website traffic, search performance, and conversion data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain and optimize the company website for higher conversions and engagement.
• Design and execute campaigns that attract prospects across core service areas.
• Own the full marketing‑to‑intake pipeline, ensuring marketing efforts translate into qualified consultations and revenue.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and acquisition dashboards.
• Support referral marketing and relationship‑building initiatives.
• Manage paid advertising on Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta platforms, and other channels.
• Develop lead‑nurture campaigns for prospects, former clients, referral partners, and event attendees.
• Implement local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization and content planning.
