Marketing Manager – Remote (US Personal Injury Law Firm)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and client acquisition for a growing U.S. personal‑injury law firm. The role is fully remote (based in Colombia) and works on U.S. Eastern Time, collaborating directly with firm leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies that generate qualified leads.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing budgets and ROI.
• Design and run email marketing and automation sequences to nurture prospects and improve client engagement.
• Create and coordinate compelling content for websites, social media, and digital ads while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results, and continuously refine campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth‑focused marketing for B2C or professional services.
• Data‑driven decision‑maker comfortable owning end‑to‑end campaign execution.
• Ability to manage external partners and deliver measurable business outcomes.
