Marketing & Onboarding Specialist for Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to help real‑estate agents and their clients launch and optimise their digital presence. You will guide new clients through account set‑up, tool training and brand development, ensuring a smooth transition to our marketing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom onboarding sessions with agents and clients to configure accounts and digital tools.
• Assist clients in creating and optimising social‑media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Train clients on effective social‑media usage for real‑estate marketing.
• Design eye‑catching marketing assets (posts, flyers, banners) using Canva.
• Create professional, brand‑consistent email signatures.
• Provide creative ideas and strategies to boost visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with agents to align marketing tactics with target audiences and property portfolios.
• Maintain consistent branding and content across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media marketing and client onboarding.
• Strong design sense with Canva expertise.
• Comfortable hosting and leading Zoom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of the real‑estate or short‑term‑rental industry is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical tools in simple terms.
• Organised and able to manage multiple onboarding sessions.
