About the role

Affinity Management Services is seeking a full‑time remote Marketing Specialist to shape and execute its brand strategy. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to boost brand awareness and drive engagement across the property‑management sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights.
• Create and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships, supporting lead generation and sales initiatives.
• Facilitate clear communication between marketing, sales, and client teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
• Experience in market research and understanding of industry trends.
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that drive engagement.
• Sales and customer‑service experience to support lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred).
