Marketing Specialist – Remote (Colombia Preferred)

About the role

We are a growing U.S.-based real‑estate brokerage seeking a Marketing Specialist to own and expand our digital marketing efforts. This full‑time remote position (preferably based in Colombia) focuses on lead generation, revenue growth, and building strong client relationships through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, testing multiple ad variations.
• Set up conversion tracking and pixel retargeting to capture and re‑engage website visitors.
• Design, launch, and monitor email marketing campaigns in Go High Level, including cold outreach.
• Develop and execute social‑media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, increasing posting frequency.
• Repurpose existing video content using multiple hooks, identify top‑performing versions, and distribute across channels.
• Coordinate content strategy and distribution with a dedicated video editor.
• Organize and maintain brand assets in Dropbox.
• Proactively propose and own new marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in paid advertising, marketing automation, and lead generation.
• Bilingual professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Self‑starter who works independently and reports on business results.
