Marketing Team Leader

About the role

SYNC is seeking a Marketing Team Leader to design, execute and optimise strategic marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, customer acquisition and brand growth. The role blends high‑level strategy with hands‑on campaign management, funnel development and performance analysis in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new lead‑generation and customer‑acquisition opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate and launch multi‑channel campaigns, webinars, events and promotional activities.
• Build, manage and optimise sales funnels, landing pages, lead magnets and automated email sequences.
• Configure and maintain CRM systems, tagging, segmentation and automation workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and report insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creating and scaling marketing systems and campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with business owners and leadership teams.
