Medical Education Manager

About the role

The Medical Education Manager supports the strategic and operational execution of professional training and education programs across Latin America. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare education environment, excellent project management capabilities, critical thinking, and sound judgment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare education landscape, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Conduct annual needs assessments to identify educational gaps and recommend resources for healthcare professional education programs.
• Prepare and manage budgets aligned with business priorities and educational goals.
• Drive innovation in learning delivery through adult learning principles, educational best practices, and evidence‑based approaches.
• Plan and execute educational meetings, workshops, labs, and other strategic learning initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, faculty members, key stakeholders, and commercial partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality educational programs that support learning objectives.
• Monitor industry developments, emerging evidence, and market changes to identify new educational opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in medical education, training, marketing, communications, learning and development, or related fields, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical technology industries.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Project Management certification or demonstrable project management experience.
