Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will build strategic scientific relationships with healthcare professionals in Colombia, supporting informed clinical decisions and contributing insights to the company's medical strategy. This field‑based role involves frequent travel to healthcare institutions in Bogotá or Cali and requires a strong focus on scientific exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with community and academic HCPs to influence medical behavior through scientific knowledge exchange.
• Communicate the value of product attributes such as efficacy, safety, adherence, and quality of life to gain stakeholder endorsement.
• Support product pre‑launch activities by preparing the healthcare environment, engaging principal investigators, and facilitating pre‑approval access programs.
• Follow up on education initiatives, identify barriers to adoption, and promote the integration of new scientific data into practice.
• Respond to scientific inquiries from HCPs, investigators, and health‑care decision makers.
• Identify potential study sites and assist with site recruitment in alignment with medical leadership.

Required profile

• Based in Bogotá or Cali, Colombia (field‑based role).
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time nationally.
• Valid driver’s license.
